the location

noisy room , the staff do not know what to do? I paid 100 SR extra to the charge, and the staff said you will get it on check-out . when I checked out the staff( another one) said we do not have cash, we will deposit it in your account in few hours, till now I did not get it.( it is not the amount it is the principle)

It is real value for money. Nice clean hotel room, nice room space and accessories. Bathroom has new fittings. Staff was cordial too. I would recommend this hotel to any one going to Riyadh for business around Kingdom Tower or in Sifarat area - both of them are at about 5 to 6 km distance.

The resturant menu can be imporoved and breakfast timing needs to be more flexible.

Near to the KKESH (eye hospital) Less traffic as you do not need to go through the the city, if you arrived at the airport

I will not recomend it to any body, Service is bad , Staff are not friendly at all. Low quality furnuture . Even the swimming pool is not working. Dont waste your mony on such hotel .

I was requested to pay extra charges as an insurance for any damgaes, when i left the hotel i was suppoed to get my money back since everything was okay. The customer service officer requested my bank account number so he can transfer the insurance money. 5 days have passed already and I did'nt recieve my money...
